Safari / iTunes stream conflict?

I've noticed that when I have an internet stream playing in iTunes that pages have a hard time loading in Safari. Conversely, loading pages in Safari produces stalls and rebuffering in iTunes. If I stop the stream in iTunes, any problems in Safari go away. I've reported this to Apple.

Anyone else see this kind of behavior? I'm using a 3mbps cable connection so bandwidth restrictions are NOT the problem. TiBook G4/1Ghz, 1GB memory. Latest versions of everything.

I'm on a slower connection then that and I don't seem to suffer from that.

Have you tried using another browser to see if it happens with it as well? Are you using AirPort?
