I have one set of files I'd like to be backed up offsite - to .Mac.

There's a whole bunch more files I'd like to backup to DVD.

Is there's a way to set up Backup with differing file sets? It seems like if I chose tons of files for the DVD backup, all those files would be chosen for the .mac backup. Which would overload my disk space!

I guess I could duplicate the Backup application and hopefully each will have different settings. Surely there's a cleaner way?

I don't suppose there's a way to have backup work with ftp sites too? Maybe with a GPG step along the way... ? (!)

Thanks for any advice.
