Ive got panther.. just wondering if there is a good dvd program out there besides apple's dvd player.. somethign with a bit more features. thanks in advance

you could always try VLC.

But just what additional features are you looking for? (Apple's DVD player seems to cover most things out there).

what i was mostly looking for was VCD support... was under the impression apples player didnt do that.. am i wrong?

I don't think it does... I would use VLC for VCDs... works like a charm
