Nah, don't bother with the LDS site if what you want is a Bible. The Bible Gateway is good because it includes something like 10 searchable versions of the Bible, and Blue Letter Bible is really neat because it lets you view passages in their original language (as well as the Septuagint version of the Old Testament).

I use Accordance by oaksoft.com. If you are interested in serious Bible study, Accordance is definitely the way to go. It has amazing tools. It does cost $$$, but in this case, you most definitely get what you pay for

Buck is correct - if you're a Biblical scholar (aspiring or otherwise) you need an Accordance. Electronic is all the better because traditional print is, well, inconvenient. MacSword looks cool, though, had no idea the content was accessible in this form - to the OP. Unfortunately, when it comes to electronic translations of the Hebrew Scriptures, there aren't many good sources. Unless you're prepared to spend a significant amount of money, the only thing around is JPS, which you can either download from the Sword content site or find here.
