Every time I open up a particular document in InDesign CS, I get a dialog to fix the links to all of the graphics. When is this fixed for good so this annoying message goes away?

Have you tried to embed the graphics into InDesign?

Yeah, preflight it.

InDesign will also ask you this if you've been editing images because they have been modified from the original you've placed.
