I am attempting to use road runner (www.rr.com)'s dial up software to connect to the internet.

BUT
(and i can only speak for 10.3 since i dont have 10.2, or another mac)


when the software attempts to dial, internet connect opens and does the dial for it, and this fails authentication because to connect the dialer app must be the application communicating with the service.


how can i get around this. Anyone care to try this out for me ? on 10.2 ? Download the dial up access dialer from www.rr.com (you can do a search) and see if when you click dial, it will launch internet connect.


i'm not sure how to get around this issue and I really want to use them to connect (since it's free because i already pay for cable modem)
