90% of the time Safari won't connect to my bank's website (www.pncbank.com/accountlink). I just get the "Your customer number or PIN is not valid" message. But because I'm stubborn, I try it in Safari every time before I resort to IE, and about 10% of the time it works. Any idea what could be going on? I'm always on the same network, never change my security/privacy settings, etc. etc.

You'd think it would always work or always wouldn't...

Don't click return after entering your PIN. Instead click the Sign On button. It works every time that way.

Safari and PNC work fine for me...~100% of the time.

I always use the "sign on" button.

good luck.
