Eudora problem

	Trying to sort out Eudora for a friend... A copy of outgoing email was kept in Eudora's Out Box even when sent: their sent status was indicated by a 'tick' icon. For some reason this no longer happens and items once sent disappear from the outbox. Is there way to return to the program's original behaviour? Eudora 5.2/Mac OS X Many thanks!
