How do I convert a quicktime file to a VOB file to burn to DVD? I want to burn iMovie made videos without iDVDs menu or 60 min limit.

Drag the quicktime file to Toast and click "burn." It'll convert everything for you.

You've got that right. I just figured I'd post that iDVD 4 now does 2 hours

You've got that right. Toast is great for all types of Burning. I know you weren't referring to my post. I was just saying that to restate that iDVD now burns 2 hours.
