when i go to burn an mp3 disc, the program unselects the aacs and just wants to burn the mp3 ones

i've got the most recent version of itunes, so whats up?

i thought that itunes could burn aacs to disc as mp3s?

You'll first have to transcode the AAC files to mp3 format, using the 'Advanced... Convert Selection to mp3' menu item.

(This only applies to AAC files you've encoded from your own CDs; to convert iTunes Music Store files, you'll first have to use the playfair program as discussed in the playfair thread)
