turbotax and Alternative Minimum Tax

anyone successfully used Turbotax 2003 in a return requiring form 6251 for the Alternative Minimum Tax? I've installed all updates and it keeps telling me it doesn't have the necessary updates, even tho this form is supposed to be in an update from January. I'm starting to get peeved. They have no email support, only live chat for $20 and the knowledge base is totally useless.

anyone know of a forum that has discussions on this app?
