Help! On iTunes Music Store, I purchased the album "Shpongle - Are you Shpongled" which has 7 songs, but I was only able to download 6 songs, when I got an error -50 stating that "there was an error with the download". Now, when I'm viewing my "Purchased Music" Playlist and I try to "Check for Purchased Music", itunes does NOT find that 7th song... I paid for 7 songs and only have 6!!! Furthermore, it's not like I can just go grab a pepsi and add that 7th song, that missing song is "Album Only"!!! Please help!

Here is the album I purchased: http://phobos.apple.com/WebObjects/M...listId=5324368

And here is the missing track: http://phobos.apple.com/WebObjects/M...ItemId=5324366

Anyone have ANY advice? I haven't found any valid itms support contact info (no email, no phone... yes, I submitted a bug report only to get this lovely page: http://www.apple.com/feedback/itunes_thankyou.html)...

NO LOVE!!

Have you tried following the Music Store Customer Service item in the Help menu?

just an update, i scoured the site and FINALLY found this: http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/download.html (VERY bottom of the page )....

I sent them a message w/ my issue, and they replied in less than 24 hrs letting me know they reset whatever on their side and to run the "Check for Purchased Music" again in itunes... and low and behold, this time... IT WORKED!!!

very cool... impressive turnaround time and good support

yay apple!

That's because all of Apple's support in the UK has a universal suck factor. This factor also happens to be quite large.

I'm sorry, but what would telling Apple's Mac OS X engineering team accomplish?

Oh, sorry... that was a result of my delirium last night... Isn't there a general feedback page for Apple's support?

Maybe this link might suit the situation better? http://www.apple.com/feedback/itunes.html

IMO, complaining in a random thread in a forum doesn't seem as productive as contacting Apple and letting them know they can do better.
