I only have an iBook but I have a bunch of PC's my iBook is short on space so I was wondering is it possible to keep my iTunes Music library on my PC which has tons of room and access it from iTunes on my iBook via Samba share on my PC? Assuming I tell iTunes on my PC to manage my music for me? Also I'd like to be able to play music from one library on my PC and Mac depending which one I'm working on.

You could put the tunes on the PC and access them from within iTunes on the iBook via the built-in Rendezvous Library sharing.
