Anyone know if Eudora has changed its behavior with respect to storing MIME attachments as of the new version 6.1? Before, I thought Eudora permanently detached attachments from stored messages. Now, I think I'm seeing that Eudora retains those attachments.

This former behavior is one that I found valuable in Eudora, since I would file the attachment elsewhere while retaining the text message part for archive. I don't want to have essentially two copies of the attachment taking up space on my hard drive.

I also don't see any way to ensure the attachment is removed from the message (unlike, I understand, the command that Mail now has to remove attachments).
