Frequently I go to a site, while in Safari (1.2.1) and I see these question mark symbols, which block out import buttons. So then I use Exlporer to deal with site.

At this stage, would you not think Sarafi would not have this problem? what is it by the way?

The question marks are the failed-to-load-image icon.

I've seen it happen under two circumstances: with the crappy (but fast) web server MacNN uses to host its images, and with sites using certain security certificates (e.g. GoDaddy.com's account admin interface).

yes I was on go daddy today, but I think I've seen it other places. ...but Explorer does not have these problems......
