What's wrong with these icons?

I've recently started using Discus RE 2.75 (the CD/DVD labeling software with Toast 6 Titanium). After creating a label and saving it, the icon is horrible. It looks like a blurry bitmap, like the OS 9 icons appear in OS X. Since this application is running natively in OS X, I don't know what is causing this.

Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks.

You just need to rebuild the Desktop, which is a little different under OS X...the easiest is probably to just use:

RebuildDestkopX 1.0

This little script basically just goes in and delete the necessary files to rebuild your Desktop...

I wasn't aware that the desktop in OS X needed rebuilding - thanks. I downloaded the app and ran it, but it didn't take care of the problem with this particular icon. All the rest of the icons on my desktop look exactly the way they are supposed to look (they did before I rebuilt the desktop).

The problem must be related to this particular application. I might add: the icon of the application itself is fine. In fact, I have it in my dock. But after using it to design a CD label and saving it to my desktop, that icon has that blurry bitmap appearance. Any other suggestions would be appreciated.
