Hi, I have 10.3.3 and am experiencing the following:
1) I am running Meteorologist 1.3.1, but in the past 2 weeks, the weather icon next to the temperature in the Toolbar has been a steady Question Mark. When I scroll down to Extended Forecast, nothing appears. It uses weather.com. What is causing this and how do I fix it?
2) I use AppleWorks because MS Word slows down the computer, but AW has some major flaws. For example, I would save a file, close it, but when I open it again sometime later, it reverts to some previously saved content and all of the recent work is gone. Will the update from 6.2.7 to 6.2.9 fix this? When will AS 7 come out?!
Thanks to everyone in advance.

1) Meteorologist is no longer being developed. That means that when the sites it relies on change their formatting, Meteorologist no longer understands what they're saying. Unless you want to fix it yourself (by modifying the source code) there is no solution.
2) I have never had that problem. Are you sure you're not saving as when you save? If you are, then you're saving to a new file, so you have to open the new file next time you want to work with it. Regardless, there's nothing to be lost in updating to the newest version, so you might as well do that anyway.

1) What do you guys recommend to replace Meteorologist? Is WeatherPop any good? Anything better?
2) No, I didn't Save As... But whatever, I updated to 6.2.9 and we'll see what happens. Hopefully AppleWorks 7 is on its way.

I'm using WeatherManX, and it seems to be a pretty decent app.
There's also WeatherMenu for people with more free space in their menubar than I have.
