I can't say I have any idea what those are, but a quick search turns up the following:

http://www.afront.be/bin.html#npv

http://www.paranzasoft.com/pages/finflow.htm

I have no idea how good they are, but that should be start.

Thanks.

That second link is exactly what I am looking for!

Can I ask the method of your search? I spent an hour on google and Mac forums and didn't run across either of these!

Thanks again.

Seth.

Yep, most of us just use Excel. No special antics. I bet AppleWorks will do the same kind of calculation.

Using a standardized application makes it easier to justify, too.

I used to use the HP 12C, back in the old days, just because that's what all the contracts and court rulings recognized. We used to use Sharp desktop calculators with PV tables pre-programmed for the same reason.
He can be fixed -- you can't.

Just checked it out, thanks for the link.

FinFlow is pretty nice, especially for $15.

Does Excel have the function built in (or a template) or do you set up a sheet manually to run the calculation?

I'm not sure I want to trust my own knowledge of this to do that.

Thanks for the help.

Seth.
