Creating CD now, Release notes indicate it's faster than previous version which was blazingly flast from past...can't wait to test it out.

Yeah, I love the release note:
- DiskWarrior 3.0.2 is faster than DiskWarrior 3.0.1, which was much faster than DiskWarrior 3.0, which was many times faster than DiskWarrior 2.x

When you open the the Diskwarrior program while Mac OS X is running, has it always asked for an admin pass at each launch? I always used it as a boot, but I tried opening it after moving it to Utilities, and it asks for a password every time.

Not sure about always, but V3.02 and previous version does ask for admin password when launched from HD.
FYI, I'd say it's about twice as fast as previous version.
Also, I discovered that deleting prior version which I have in my Util Folder on HD and then copying new version from CD eliminates the message about not having enough priveledges to replace some parts.
