Is iTMS down?

I just tried going onto the iTMS after I updated to 4.5, and I cannot get it to load. iTunes just keeps showing "Accessing Music Store..." I tried it on both my PC and Mac, same thing. Even the phobos links on Apple's iTunes website werent getting a response for me.
I now get an Error message (500) saying that iTunes could not connect to the music store.
EDIT: Weird, now it seems to load. Is there just really high demand on the servers right now? It is slow as molasses when it does load.
