Hi, I have GoLive 6, haven't used it yet but years back worked up an OK draft website with Golive 4 and an old PowerMac 8600. I'd like to get my site finally designed using a G4 QuickSilver with OS 10.3. I have the Adobe "classroom in a book" for GoLive 6, I've found the series to be really useful. I haven't cracked this one yet, just looked through the contents. However there are things I'd like to do with the site that don't seem to be covered, or at least I'm not quite sure...the main appeal of GoLive for me is that I won't need to know html, but I need some help with some particulars...
Perhaps someone could suggest a reference or resource that can help me do the following WITHIN GoLive:

-get the site to resize when the browser is resized

-post files that can be downloaded

-post PowerPoint slideshows

-and most urgently, get a user forum/bulletin board into the site. I've looked around and see there is a bunch of free software available, but I don't know how to evaluate these...are they really free, or does one need to have it hosted with the developer? Will it even work on a Mac with GoLive...how do I set it up using GoLive? Any suggestions for a forum that could be easily managed using a Mac and GoLive? I relaly like the look and user-friendliness of these MacNN forums...

I don't know where to start and any help is appreciated!

Thanks!

There is a free downloadable pdf book here. It's a little out of date but still might help with some of the basics.
