Strange iTunes 4.5 Problem

Very weird things happening with iTunes 4.5 for me. Check it out:



Anyone else have this issue? I'm running 10.3.3 and iTunes 4.5 (duh). ShapeShifter is off as well, and I haven't tampered with any of the resource files.
I've tried quitting and relaunching iTunes and logging out - no go.

Thanks for any help!

Have you tried to Repair Permissions? It's a drop in the bucket but worth a shot.
