I just heard from inside sources at AOL, that they aren't planning on updating AOL 10.3 this year. I use AOL everyday and it's definately missing the features that our windows counterpart has. Also, when uploading files to be sent with emails, the system halts 3 out of 10 times. The software needs to be revamped.

I'm not sure if this is a huge setback for Apple users.
But for those who count on AOL, this can only mean trouble.

Why is the Apple support so bad?
POWER MAC G4
Dual 1.42GHz, 2.0GB RAM, 120GB HD
NVIDIA GeForce4 Titanium
20.1" APPLE Cinema Display
CANON i950 Printer

I would argue that most people with Macs don't need the hand holding AOL provides for Windows users.

My mother still uses it on her Windows box, but I think she is still using version 7...
