I'm pretty sure you don't really want to do that, but I can't imagine what it is you do want to do such that you think you have to do that. What are you trying to do?

That is not a data file, it is a program. It is a program that you run from the Terminal.
If you are interested in copyright violation, perhaps you should be running the GUI?

If you want to change the behavior of the program, then you can start learning how to program! The source code to mlMac is available. You use XCode to edit the source code, which is then compiled into the working application.
