Is there such a program for OS X that logs the activity of the modem? I am presently in Germany, and many dial-up ISP just charge by the minute rather than having month-long plans. Since I share an apartment with another person, a program that would log what number my modem is connecting to and the duration of the call would be very helpful when I need to pay the phone bill. Does such a program exist? Thanks

You get which number has been called for how long and the price for each call with the phone bill. Doesn't that suffice?

Unless I write down exactly the duration and number for each call, I would be difficult to remember which one of us made the call. In Germany, the rate is different by the hour, so I use various numbers, depending on the day and time that I want to go online. As such, there wouldnt be just one number that I am using (which, in that case, it would be easy enough just by looking at the bill)
