I'm not a fan of the headers that are on the page when you print with Camino. Is there a way to turn this off, like you can in IE? I'm not seeing anything in the print dialog box.

I'm assuming I would have to edit one of the pref files to accomplish this. I found nothing via search, and I'm hoping someone has figured this out.

thanks!
