man I am such the master of the vague. I recall seeing the term "world leaks" in Safari's Debug menu. The exact menu item is titled "Always check for world leaks". I'm only speculating but my guess is that the "leaks" refer to memory leaks and "world" refers to the environment in which pages are rendered.
