The press release mentions DVD +R, but I think Superdrives use DVD -R. Does anyone know if the new Toast functionality will work with my iMac Superdrive?

Toast won't magically update your drive to burn dual-layer DVDs.

So far, the only dual-layer burners are based on DVD+R, and Roxio has merely expressed that they will be supporting those new Dual-layer DVD+R drives.

If you want to burn the "DVD+R Double Layer" discs, you'll have to buy a corresponding drive.
