On some websites I visit, I get a error message saying, that my referal headers are forged, so that I can't access these sites. I already reseted my router to factory defaults, so I don't think it's causing this.
Any idea what else I could do?

I don't understand why sites would deny you content based on referal but ...
What browser are you using ? do you have the problem with evry browser you use ?

I tried safari, firefox, mozilla and camino, none of them works.
The strange thing is, that it worked until 2 days ago.

well, I set up a webserver and deacivated net-barrier, but I could still access the websites after this, at least until I restarted the computer. I tried stopping the webserver, but no difference.

What happens if you take the router out of the equation? Try connecting your computer directly to the cable or DSL modem.

I just tried to access these sites from another computer inside my LAN and it worked, so the problem has to be on this machine.

Could it be some TCP/IP or Firewall settings? Have you tried making a new account and testing from there?

I found the problem, my security software was set up to hide the last page I visited, by that deleting the referer.
