Change default mail app in Panther?

	I know that this functionality moved to Mail.app in Panther, but I can't get Mail.app to behave enough to launch so that I can alter my default mail program, which is ALL I want to do! Is there a prefs file I can open and edit to accomplish what I want to do? axle
