Hi there,

A bike site I visit uses wmv for net broadcasts/streaming, trouble is it embeds the wmv in the page and scales the video down to a small size.. this puts an overhead on safari and lessens the quality of the stream and slows it all.. I can copy and paste the url (either mms or hosted wmv) from the source page into a WMP url and it opens and plays at full size (and then I can make full screen etc) and better speed, how can I make safari force open a WMP window instead of playing inside the page?

Edit never mind, just removed the plugin and it worked ok by opening up with media player..

mods - delete thread as required..
