Error 13 - Adding a Printer

	Anyone know what this error means off hand? Everything should work just fine, it recognizes the printer & the model/company but when I click 'add' it gives me that error. I installed the drivers on the CD. They are some what out of date, v202, and I DL'd v232 (hoping it would be updated & work) but the install doesn't work! It just freezes on the desktop part of the install, and it's InstallAnywhere (if that helps anyone). I'm using 10.3.4. Thanks
