I am running Office 2004 on my G3 Powerbook. Everything is hunky dorry except Entourage. Every single time I try to connect to my Earthlink account, nothing happens at all, both trying to send and receive email. I keep getting a "modem error" has occured pop up warning, but I am still connected to earthlink. Seems that Entourage is not making the connection at all. The previous version of Office X worked great. Anyone can help me out here?

Okay, I tried deleting the prefs and starting all over again. Still no go. When I go to connect to Earthlink to either download or send email, nothing at all happens. It's not telling the modem anything, if that makes sense. I really would like to use Entourage...

Yep. I tried erasing that user date folder, and it didn't work either. I guess I should not expect miracles out of Redmond.
