I've been in 10.3.4 since it was offered. Stable, no problems at all. One thing. I opened Safari this afternoon and I've lost the bottom frame bar on the browser window. Well I thought I'd just close Safari and reopen. Still no bottom frame bar. I have another 10.3.4 install on another volume. Launched Safari from that volume, same thing. I booted into that volume, launched Safari and it was normal.

Since I was there, I ran Techtool and Disk Utility on the original volume plus permissions.
Rebooted into the original volume and opened Safari, same problem. I then reinstalled the the 10.3.4 update. Opened Safari, same problem. I would have downloaded stand alone Safari from Apple but they are offering Safari 1.2. It was unclear if the offering was 1.2.2.
So, just wondering what do I do now? Little things like this bug me. A lot!

If you are talking about the status bar at the bottom of the window (that shows addresses of links, progress etc) it can be switched on and off via the 'Status bar' menu item under Safari's View menu.

Dhoooo.. went there a couple of times and thought I had all selected. Everythings crispy now though! Just one more thing. How did it get deselected in the first place? I swear I didn't go near that that View menue. At least I don't remember going there.

Huh, maybe a corrupted preference file? I'm not sure. I think it might be off by default, at least I've seen it off by default on a fresh install I did a while ago.

An accidental tap of command - "/" instead of command - "." at some point?
