I felt discussion of this feature demanded a topic of its own. You may not. Ah well, whatcha gonna do?
I was browsing through the iTunes music store tonight and living in Europe, with each click i found myself becoming more and more frustrated. I wanted to buy so much. Clicking through celebrity playlists, other mac user's iMixes and generally browsing music in an entirely different fashion than browsing albums or artists or genres in my own music collection or even in a conventional store. Even with the new party shuffle feature, which by the way, rules.
Well what I reckon would be spiffing (i can't think a of a better word) is that you could somehow assimilate the music store and your own library. What I mean is that if you are looking at someone's iMix it will play samples of the songs you don't own and play the version from your collection for songs you do.
What if you could listen to celebrity playlists and iMixes, possiblly in their entirety if you have the songs in your collection?
Maybe I'm nuts, but how cool would that be?
