Okay, it turns out that there are a few kernel extensions that can cause a boot CD to panic on startup if they get copied on there, so I'm going to have to release a new BootCD version that is more conservative about what kernel extensions it allows (since I'm sick of giving the same instructions to users describing how to delete kernel extensions and re-burn!). I've made a new version, but I want to make sure it works on the G5, and that I'm not leaving out something it needs. All you will need to do will be to make a boot CD, boot from it, and make sure it gets all the way to the Finder and Dock without crashing or locking up. So, could a few G5 users please send me an e-mail? The username is support, the domain is charlessoft.com.

Thanks!

Great to know you're still updating your valuable software, Charles.
