Burning 3ivx movie to DVD

Can anyone tell me how to burn a quicktime movie encoded with 3ivx to a DVD?
The 3ivx movie contains chapter select, so if possible it would be great it they were kept on the DVD so I can skip chapters.
Any help would be great
