would some please tell me how to fix firefox crash/open bug

I never used the firefox and would like to try it out but the problem is that every time I try to install .9 and run the prog its icon appears in the dock then crashes then re-appears then crashes. Its an endless loop I have to end up force shutting the computer down. Any solutions?

OK I guess I just let it run. It finally just worked.

Is Firefox shutting down when you are browsing?? I am having this problem after I installed Windows Messenger.
