A nice guy named Tim Conner released a handy little AppleScript which forwards all your Mail.app emails to your Gmail account. Just thought I would pass along the link in case you're interested.

Here's what I did (I think it's easier): Make a rule that redirects any message to youraccount@gmail.com. Now select any messages you are interested in sending off, and run filters manually. Done!

If you leave the rule in, it'll also reflect any new mail you receive to gmail (still keeping a copy in mail).
