Odd Hotsync issue

	Howdy all, I've got a Palm Tungsten T3, and ever since I first installed the software (and upgraded Palm Desktop) a few weeks ago, if I don't hotsync DAILY, the damn thing reinstalls all of my software every hotsync. I've tried hotsyncing once ever 12 hours, 18 hours, and 22 hours. As long as it's been less than 24 hours, it syncs fine. After 24 hours, it resinstalls everything. Anyone have any idea how to stop this? It's taking forever and a day to hotsync if I forget to do it once a day. Thanks!
