I got an iMac 233, with 160 Mb ram and stock harddrive. OSX 10.3.4.

Firefox 0.9 (And 0.8) scrolls pretty weird... If I move the scroll-wheel one 'click' FireFox scrolls half a page down! Its pretty annoying, because if I scroll what is usually a page down, Firefox moves 20 pages...

Its a logitech mouse, and I have no 3rd party software installed.

Why does it do that? Or is it a normal FireFox behavior?

You may want to download the "control panel" from logitech- it will show up under system preferences (mouse and trackpad) Here you be able to adjust your scrolling speed further. My guess is that your machine is kinda outdated. So your scrolling but it cant refresh fast enough on the screen.

BTW Safari is faster in scrolling, but unfortunatly, slowerin rendering than firefox.

A way that you might be able to fix this is by typing "about:config" in the address location bar. This will bring up the Firefox config reg. From here you can do a search for scroll and change the number of lines from system to 1 or 2.
