Anyone here have experience using both the Palm "datebook" software
AND Apple's iCal?

If so, which one did you prefer and why?

I prefer iCal for publishing and subscribing to other Calendars over the web. I also find it easy to work with (dragging an area to make a new event, easy color coding, etc). Palm Desktop just seems so antiquated at this point, and it isn't getting much (if any) further development.

I'm having the doggedest time getting iCal and Palm to talk, though.

I'd prefer to work with iCal exclusively - my day will be good when I can delete Palm
altogether and just run the Palm OS on my T2, synching to iCal.

I've been using ical for the appointments (though I REALLY wish the snooze feature would go to 15 minutes, with the option to change it, instead of ical's 5 minutes). But I really like the to do list in Palm. I don't like the way it looks in ical. Just me, I guess.
