I'm using mail for e-mail it has been working great, but now I can't send e-mail. I get a e-mail address rejected by server. I have called the company that hosts my site but everything is fine on there end( so they say). I am not recieving mail as well.


Any thoughts on how to resolve this would be great.

You need to provide some more details, like are you using POP3 or IMAP? Have you checked your password with your provider? If you are on POP3, have you tried using telnet to log into the POP3 server (a quick reference can be found here, you just have to substitute the terminal and "telnet pop-server-name pop3"). Does your provider require any sort of encryption or specific authentication methods... etc...
