I have a question regarding iDVD. I am new at the app and can't find an intuitive answer to my question.

I want to create a DVD using a jpg file for the background. The problem I have is that I appear to be forced in to using one of the themes built in to iDVD. These themes all have their own graphics that surround my graphic (eg curtains, or flowers or heart shapes). No theme allows me to simply use my own picture as the background without any other crap.

Is there a way I can simply use my own picture? None of this movie screen/curtian/blue bottom stuff, simply my own picture.

Please help.

Peace,

O
B unce!

On some of the themes with non-moving backgrounds, just try dragging your jpeg file to the iDVD screen. It should fill the background.

Yes. Just pick your theme based on the type of buttons, etc. you want and then click on the Customize button. When the panel comes out click on the Settings button. You can drag your image file you want for the background into the Background window on the left. If you want music with that menu, then you can drag your iTunes track into the Audio window. (You can do both thru the Media button option-just a little lengthy to describe here).

Hope this has been of some help. Good luck.
