Hello

for some reason my crop tool is ill in PS (elements) this happened before and I got expert help but can't remember what to do or fine the thread.

when draging the crop, it only drags in a single proportion,sort of a landscape rectangle. I can'tdrag down like a portrait display, and I cant grab the sides and pull them any way I want.

does the above make sense of the problem?

any help mucho appreciated.

In normal photoshop it does that if you've put some numbers in the fields in the crop menu for width and height...



...the tool drags in that ratio.
You've probably done that without realising, just clear the fields and it should work as normal.
I don't know anything about Elements but I guess there's a similar menu somewhere.
