I am cancelling my aol account and want to make a new AIM account. I use ichat anyway, and want to transfer by current buddy list from my old screename to my new one. Is there an easy way to do it withou having to type every name in again?

Can't you simple Export/Import the buddy list?

I looked for that option and did not see it anywhere within ichat.

Unfortunately, iChat does not allow this; however, AIM for OS X does...do the switch of lists using AIM for OS X and then revert back to iChat once completed...
