I've been trying to figure out a way to tell Mail.app not to separate out my different mail accounts folders by type. i.e. I have 3 accounts so I have 3 INBOXes (under INBOX) and 3 Junk folders (under Junk) etc. I would like all the boxes to be under their account designations instead of their special folder designations. Any ideas on how to accomplish this?

I could swear that there used to be an option (at least for IMAP accounts) to "show separately in Account Drawer) but damned if I can find it now...
