In Entourage 2004, there are these annoynig divider lines that separate my emails by date. There's a divider line for emails from today, one for emails from yesterday, one for emails from Saturday, etc etc. How do I turn this feature off?

edit: nevermind, I found it. It was in the VIEW menu, turned off grouping.

NEXT QUESTION: Some of the toolbar buttons will have text labels next to them, and some of them don't. Is there a way to customize the toolbar?

Sorry, Entourage uses a more 'old-style' toolbbar from Windows and OS 9 where it isn't particularly customizable. Basically, the wider you make your window, the more text labels you will see.

no - you cannot customize the toolbar. There's a thread on this a while back - just do a search.
