I'm trying out CyberDuck and found that directory listing is really slow (at least, in comparison to Transmit). When I select a directory with several nested subdirectories to download, CyberDuck spends over a minute listing directories while Transmit starts file transfer right away. RBrowser Lite is similarly slow.

I realize CyberDuck and RBrowser Lite are free, and I'm probably going to purchase Transmit, but I'm wondering why there's such a difference in speed.
I do not like those green links and spam.
I do not like them, Sam I am.

Well I really think the question can only be answered by the developers of Cyberduck and RBrowser Lite, give a shoot at emailing them with the question.
