I've cleared history, cache, and cookie. I can't find an option to clear all the urls in the location bar. Does anyone know how?

Try Resetting Safari. I think it should clear the URL bar.

Somebody correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe the Address Bar always autocompletes the URL's of bookmarks. In order to delete those URL's, you have to delete the bookmarks themselves.

Right. The Location bar stores all addresses in your History and Bookmarks. So, to completely clear everything out, you'd have to delete both.
